Biography
Mozhu Li, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Li is a hospitalist at Parkland Memorial Hospital with a strong focus on medical education, health equity, and culturally responsive care. Originally from China, she brings a global and inclusive perspective to patient-centered medicine and is dedicated to improving health care access for underserved populations.
After earning her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Li completed her internal medicine residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Drawn by UTSW’s collaborative academic environment and its commitment to serving diverse communities, she chose to continue her career here to contribute meaningfully to both clinical care and trainee development.
Dr. Li’s professional interests include advancing health equity initiatives and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
Personal Note
Outside of medicine, Dr. Li enjoys reading, playing the piano, practicing ballet, and traveling.
