Biography
Jordan Nicole Drawbridge, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in pediatric critical care medicine.
Dr. Drawbridge earned her medical degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, where she served as Chief Resident. She received advanced training through a pediatric critical care medicine fellowship at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where she served as Chief Fellow.
Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric critical care medicine, Dr. Drawbridge joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024.
In addition to her areas of clinical specialization, she has a strong interest in clinical ethics.
Dr. Drawbridge is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. She has delivered presentations, contributed to the book Comprehensive Critical Care: Pediatric, and published peer-reviewed academic articles related to her areas of expertise.
Personal Note
When she’s not at work, Dr. Drawbridge enjoys playing tennis, traveling, watching University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball, and spending time with her dog, Maggie.
