Biography

Patricia Faulkenberry, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center, in the Blood Cancers/Transplant and Cellular Therapies Clinic. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. While working as an ICU and ER registered nurse she completed her graduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington to earn her master's degree in nursing. She joined the inpatient hematology and bone marrow transplant team at UT Southwestern in 2023 as a Nurse Practitioner.
