Samantha Mielke, D.N.P., FNP-BC

Biography

Samantha Mielke, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner specializing genitourinary cancer in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Samantha earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from George Washington University after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining UT Southwestern in 2026, she practiced in radiation oncology at ROA of Northern Virginia and prior to that she worked in liver/kidney transplantation and surgical oncology at George Washington University Hospital. Samantha is a member of several organizations including the Oncology Nursing Society and the American Nurses Association.
