Biography

Shae A. Harp, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce, with additional training completed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) through the Stanford University School of Medicine Center for Continuing Medical Education and the INSPIRE Training Program of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. His experience includes working in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, correctional institutions, and substance abuse rehabilitation facilities. As a National Certified Counselor, Shae provides direct counseling and therapeutic care and conducts individual and group therapy sessions for the Early Psychosis Program. With extensive training, Shae specializes in psychosis, crisis intervention, addictions, suicide prevention, anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma therapy.
