Biography

Stephanie Steets, AGACNP-BC, APRN, is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner in the Department of Surgery - Colon and Rectal Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She earned her advanced practice degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2025. She previously worked as a nurse for nine years, including in the specialties of trauma, bariatric, and oncologic surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
