Biography

Susan Polachek, APRN CPNP-PC is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Comprehensive Epilepsy Clinic at Children's Health. Ms. Polachek completed her undergraduate education from Rutgers University in New Jersey and then earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Woman's University in 2008. She was a clinic nurse in the Neurology clinic prior to obtaining her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification. She has worked in the Epilepsy clinic as a Nurse Practitioner since 2009 and has a special interest in the Ketogenic Diet.
