Biography
William Schwartzman, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in general oncology, aggressive lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.
Dr. Schwartzman earned his medical degree at the Keck School of Medicine of USC at the University of Southern California, graduating with highest distinction. He completed a residency in internal medicine at UT Southwestern, where he also gained advanced training through a hematology and oncology fellowship.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.
Dr. Schwartzman has delivered presentations and published peer-reviewed academic articles related to his areas of expertise.
Personal Note
When he’s not at work, Dr. Schwartzman enjoys spending time with his family, watching ice hockey, and attending his daughter’s swim meets and tennis matches.
