Biography

Yonique Petgrave, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Petgrave earned her medical degree at the University of West Indies in Jamaica. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and received advanced training through a pediatric nephrology fellowship at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatric nephrology, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2023.

Dr. Petgrave serves as the Associate Medical Director of the Chronic Dialysis Program at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Society of Nephrology, and the International Pediatric Nephrology Association.
