Greeting patients upon arrival and assisting with navigation within the building
Providing wheelchair assistance and escort support to and from appointments
Assisting with appointment coordination, including itineraries and campus navigation
Providing general information about nearby hotels, transportation, and dining options
Serving as a liaison between patients and clinic teams
Providing personalized assistance for patients requiring additional support
Helping coordinate support services such as Translation and Chaplain Services, as needed

Located near the garage entrance, this desk serves as an additional point of arrival for patients and visitors entering from the parking garage. Representatives welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, and offer immediate support, including assistance with garage kiosk issues or questions.
