It happens in America fewer than 200 times a year: An anonymous living donor gives part of himself or herself to save a stranger. That was the case for one North Texas woman who was driven to make a difference in honor of her late father. UT Southwestern granted her wish, and she later experienced a heartfelt meeting with her kidney recipient.
