At UT Southwestern Medical Center’s Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, we provide access to some of the latest treatments for head and neck cancer through our extensive offering of clinical trials.
Clinical trials often give patients access to leading-edge treatments that are not yet widely available. Eligible patients who choose to participate in one of UT Southwestern’s clinical trials might receive treatments years before they are available to the public.
We’re currently exploring radiation techniques in treating larynx cancer, robotic surgery in oropharyngeal cancer, and immunotherapy in thyroid cancer.
