Biography

Ahmad Anshasi, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in primary care.

Dr. Anshasi earned his medical degree at the Texas A&M College of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of California San Diego Medical Center.

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Anshasi joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017.

In addition to his clinical interests in adult primary care, diabetes management, high blood pressure, therapeutic joint injections, and preventive medicine, Dr. Anshasi also has a strong interest in medical education.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, and the Texas Medical Association.
