Biography

Annette Bacon, D.N.P., APRN, WHNP‑BC, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed her master’s degree in nursing at the University of Phoenix, and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She is board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and has dedicated more than 40 years to caring for women across all stages of life.

Ms. Bacon enjoys providing both obstetric and gynecologic care, with a special passion for patient education and performing in‑office procedures. She values the diverse and complex patient population at UT Southwestern, which offers ongoing opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver high‑quality, compassionate care.
