Biography

April Van Anglen is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner in the Department of Neurology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Van Anglen completed her bachelor degree in nursing at Texas Christian University. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University. Ms. Van Anglen has an extensive nursing background in emergency medicine and the neurosciences intensive care unit. She has a special interest in vascular neurology and is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Neuroscience Nurses, and the American Academy of Neurology.
