Austin Koliba, RD

Biography

Austin Koliba, M.S., RDN, is a Faculty Associate in the Department of Clinical Nutrition at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in holistic nutrition, athletic nutrition, and lifestyle improvement through building healthy habits.

Mr. Koliba earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition sciences from Oklahoma State University. He earned his master’s degree in dietetics and completed his dietetic internship at Sam Houston State University.

A registered dietitian nutritionist, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024.

Personal Note

When he’s not at work, Mr. Koliba enjoys walking his dog, biking with his wife, cooking, watching sports, working out, and playing video games.
