Biography

Carla Perry, M.S.N., APRN, FNP-C, AOCNP, is a nurse practitioner at Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Perry earned her undergraduate degree from Jacksonville University in Florida and a Master of Nursing with a focus on family nurse practitioner studies from Kennesaw State University in Georgia in 2017. She has worked in oncology since 2012, first as an oncology-certified nurse, then transitioning to her role as a nurse practitioner in hematology/oncology. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology, where she also serves on the Membership Committee.
