Biography

Elizabeth Dodge, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Dr. Dodge earned her medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency in general psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She gained advanced training in child and adolescent psychiatry through a fellowship at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.

Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017.

Dr. Dodge’s clinical interests include student mental health and community psychiatry. She serves on several committees at UT Southwestern, including those for Student Wellness/Resident Wellness and, at the department level, Antiracism Education and Training.

She is a Fellow of the American Psychoanalytic Association.

Personal Note

When she’s not at work, Dr. Dodge enjoys hiking, cooking, relaxing with her family, sharing books with friends, and planning her next trip.
