Biography
Ellen Wang, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in sinonasal diseases, endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, and rhinosinusitis.
Dr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree at Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she also received advanced training through a rhinology and skull base surgery fellowship.
Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2024. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Rhinologic Society.
Dr. Wang has delivered numerous conference presentations and published peer-reviewed academic articles related to her areas of expertise.
Personal Note
When she’s not at work, Dr. Wang enjoys doing sketch art, playing pickleball, finding new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
