Emily Huang, M.D.

Biography

Emily Huang, M.D., is an Instructor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Huang earned her medical degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) David Geffen School of Medicine. She completed a residency in emergency medicine at the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center.

Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2015.

Dr. Huang is the co-chair of the Wellness Committee in the Department of Emergency Medicine.

Personal Note

When she’s not at work, Dr. Huang enjoys fostering dogs, traveling, hiking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with her family.
