Biography

Ginikanwa Agu, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the Department of Internal Medicine - Digestive and Liver Diseases Clinic - Las Colinas at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Agu completed her undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University in Georgia in 2013 then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2021. She has worked as a medical surgical nurse since 2014 at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is certified as a medical surgical registered nurse and is a member of American Nurses Association. She also has short experience in Pain management as a nurse practitioner and worked with Texas Pain Network in 2023.
