Biography
Karen Merriman-Noesges, M.S.N., APRN, ACNP-BC, is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in critical care. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Arlington. She joined the Neurocritical Care Service at UT Southwestern in 2012.
She has a special interest in education, teaching students, and training new nurse practitioners.
She is a member of the Neurocritical Care Society and is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Texas Arlington, College of Nursing and Health Innovation's Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program.
