Lara Robinson, PA-C

Biography

Lara Robinson, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine - Cardiology (Advanced Heart Failure, VAD, and Heart Transplant) at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Lara received her undergraduate degree in 2013 from Louisiana State University located in her hometown of Baton Rouge, LA. She worked as a registered cardiovascular sonographer for several years until returning to school and earning her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2020. She went on to work as a vascular surgery PA for three years until moving to Dallas and joining the UT Southwestern team in 2023. She is a member of both the American and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, the Heart Failure Society of America, the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound.
