Biography

Laura A. Kirk, M.S.P.A.S., PA-C, CPXP, ACC, serves as the Director of Ambulatory Provider Development and Medical Director of the Aston Infusion Clinic. Ms. Kirk is a board-certified physician assistant in the Otology and Neurotology clinic. Ms. Kirk completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. She is recognized by the American Academy of PAs as a distinguished fellow.

Ms. Kirk has earned the designations of Faculty and Fellow from the Academy of Communication in Healthcare (ACH) and is trained as a facilitator and instructor in relationship-centered communication by the ACH. She has attained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. She holds leadership roles in provider development, professional coaching, advanced practice provider mentorship and well-being, as well as one-on-one communication training for physicians and advanced practice providers.
