Biography

Pooja Parikh, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in oculoplastic surgery and orbital surgery.

Dr. Parikh earned her medical degree at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. She completed a residency in ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she also received advanced training through a fellowship in orbital surgery, oculoplastic surgery, and neuro-ophthalmology.

She joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.

Dr. Parikh is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association.

She has delivered presentations and published peer-reviewed academic articles related to her areas of expertise.
