Biography

Priyanka Shah, D.N.P., APRN, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Internal Medicine - Cardiology, who works within the field of Advance Heart Failure/LAVD/ Heart Transplant at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Shah completed her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2016 and then earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Kentucky in 2023. She has worked as a critical care registered nurse in CVICU at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center for 7+ years. She has a special interest in caring for advance heart failure patients. She is a member of American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
