Biography
Ran Friedman, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and women’s mental health.
Dr. Friedman earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed a residency in psychiatry at UT Southwestern.
Certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2017.
Dr. Friedman is a member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association, the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association, the North Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians, and the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians.
