Sam McCormick, M.P.A.S., PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) in the Department of Neurology - Headache Clinic at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Ms. McCormick completed her undergraduate degree in neuroscience at UT Dallas and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UNT Health Science Center in 2018. She is passionate about patient-centered care and empowering patients to take an active role in their own headache management.
