Sarah Finley, M.S.N., APRN, ACNPC-AG

Biography

Sarah Finley, M.S.N., APRN, ACNPC-AG, is an acute care adult-gerontology nurse practitioner in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she cares for patients undergoing treatment for head and neck cancers. She completed her master of science in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021, and holds board certification through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Before joining UT Southwestern in October 2025, Ms. Finley practiced in orthopedic surgery, developing a strong foundation in complex acute care. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and supporting individuals and families throughout their cancer treatment journey.
