Biography

Sarah Skodack Winter MSN, APRN, ACNPC-AG, is a board certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management who specializes in Critical Care Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She has completed a one-year highly specialized fellowship designed by the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine with the Advanced Practice Providers department at UTSW. Sarah is a dynamic critical care nursing professional with an twelve-year proven track record of success in a diversity of intensive care settings. Her passion for further professional growth in acute care is exemplified by a Master Degree in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Science Center in May 2021, and by obtaining her board certification through AACN as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She worked successfully in the nursing field in various critical care units including medical intensive care, and surgical intensive care with trauma experience.
