Biography
Suja Jacob, M.B.A., M.H.A., M.S.N., APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner in the Department of Internal Medicine - Cardiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Ms. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She later completed a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner program at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas in 2009. She also earned a Master of Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jacob has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including a community health clinic for uninsured patients, urgent care, pediatrics, pain management and spinal care. She also served as an adjunct professor in the graduate nurse practitioner program at Texas Woman’s University. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the North Texas Nurse Practitioners Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
