Biography
Susan Storry, MS, APRN, CNM, is a board-certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Originally from Canada, she began her career as a registered nurse in 1980. After working in the specialty of neonatal intensive care for 15 years, she earned her certificate in Nurse Midwifery from the Parkland School of Nurse Midwifery in 1996. She earned her Master of Science from State University of New York in 1997. Ms. Storry has a passion for the care and well-being of women, infants, and their families. She is committed to assisting her families achieve their desired birth experience while maintaining a high standard of safe, quality care, and guidance. She also enjoys teaching, which leads her to mentor and precept student nurses, physician assistant students, and nurse midwifery students in women and infant's health care. She is credentialed through the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She enjoys passing her knowledge on to new providers.
