Biography

T. Alex King, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in family medicine.

Dr. King earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern, where he also completed a residency in family medicine.

After serving on the UT Southwestern faculty from 1999 to 2008, Dr. King worked as a physician investigator for Covance Clinical Development Services for 11 years, returning to UT Southwestern in 2020.

He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians.
