Biography

Thuy-Tien Ho, M.P.A.S., PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the Division of Neurocritical Care, Department of Neurology, at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She holds specialty certifications in Emergency Neurological Life Support (ENLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

She has worked as a Physician Assistant in the Neurointensive Care Unit at UT Southwestern since April of 2013. Prior to this, she had five years of experience working at a large private neurology clinic, where she evaluated and managed pediatric and adult patients.

Since 2016, Ms. Ho has been the course director of the monthly Neurocritical Care Lecture Series, which grants stroke and continuing nursing education credits. She also serves as a mentor in the Advanced Practice Provider Mentorship Program at UTSW.

She has been a committee member of the Neurocritical Care Society, where she served to create and provide resources for Advanced Practice Providers. She is currently a Ph.D. student in the Health Studies Program, with a focus on population health, at the Texas Woman's University.
