Biography

Wendy L. Moore, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Her practice involves the nonsurgical treatment of spine and other types of musculoskeletal pain.

Ms. Moore earned her Bachelor in Science Nursing degree with a minor in Psychology and Spanish in 1999 from Carroll Columbia College of Nursing with induction to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and then earned her Master of Science Nursing degree with honors from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2011.

She is a member of several professional organizations, including American Nurses Credentialing Center, Texas Nurse Practitioners, North Texas Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is fluent in Spanish.
