Yoshiya Kunisawa, D.N.P., APRN, CRNA

Biography

Yoshiya (Josh) Kunisawa, D.N.P., APRN, CRNA, is a board-certified registered nurse anesthetist in the Department of Anesthesiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He earned his undergraduate nursing degree from Texas Tech University and received a Doctor of Nursing Practice in anesthesia from Texas Christian University in 2021.

He worked as a pediatric cardiac intensive care unit nurse and a pediatric emergency nurse at Children’s Health for 12 years. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology.
