Visitation hours
Monday-Friday: 4-5 p.m. and 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
Visiting guidelines
We welcome family, friends, and approved visitors. Visits are an important part of supporting our patients.
- To facilitate a smooth visit, please bring identification, such as a driver's license.
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to place your personal belongings either back in your vehicle or in one of the available lockers in our lobby. Please note that food, beverages, electronic devices (including cell phones), and certain other personal items are not permitted in the visitation areas. Additional restrictions may apply.
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to visit. If you would like to bring a child under 12, please contact us in advance at 469-852-5555 to discuss special arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
- Children between 12-17 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
- Please do not visit if you are ill, have a cough, or a fever.
Please check in upon arrival and follow all facility guidelines during your visit. Visitation may be limited or adjusted based on patient needs, safety requirements, or special circumstances.
