Our Services

Our team works with community obstetricians to provide a full spectrum of diagnostic and consultative services, including:

  • High-resolution, 3- and 4D ultrasounds to visualize the baby’s development
  • Intrauterine transfusions and fetal shunt placement
  • Preconception counseling and genetic testing to identify inherited and antenatal risks
  • Prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, fetal blood sampling, and intrauterine transfusions

Meet Dr. Ashley Zink

Ashley Zink, M.D., specializes in maternal-fetal medicine (perinatology) – particularly high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Zink helps expectant mothers manage existing medical conditions that could harm them or their unborn babies – diabetes, hypertension, and some autoimmune disorders, for instance – as well as pregnancy-related conditions including gestational diabetes and pre-term labor.

Meet Dr. Robert Stewart

Robert Stewart, M.D., focuses his research on HIV and pregnancy, most recently publishing an article titled “Benefit of inter-pregnancy HIV viral load suppression on subsequent maternal and infant outcomes” in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Stewart is the primary investigator representing UT Southwestern with the North American Fetal Therapy Network, an association of medical centers with established expertise in fetal surgery and other forms of multidisciplinary care for complex disorders of the fetus.
