Biography

Christina Davis, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity; women’s health and preventive care; and primary care for patients with HIV and substance use disorders.

Dr. Davis earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed a residency in family medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.

Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.

Dr. Davis is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association.

In 2024, she earned the John Peter Smith Family Medicine Residency’s Dr. Vogue Award.

Personal Note

When she’s not at work, Dr. Davis enjoys taking barre and dance classes, traveling and experiencing new cultures, and scrapbooking.
