Biography

Crystal Wright, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified adult and geriatric primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP) in the Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in the treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis, transverse myelitis, neuromyelitis optica, and other neurological conditions. 

Ms. Wright earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington.

She is certified in multiple sclerosis by the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses, and has over ten years of experience treating the condition.

Ms. Wright is a member of several professional organizations, including Texas Nurse Practitioners and the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses.
