Biography

Da Nine L. Hester-Harris, D.N.P., APRN, ANP-BC, is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner in the Department of Internal Medicine–Digestive and Liver Diseases at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She completed all of her education at Indiana University School of Nursing: associate of science in nursing (1999), bachelor of science in nursing (2002), master of science in nursing–adult nurse practitioner (2006), and doctor of nursing practice (2012).

She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings since 2006. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the National Association of Health Services Executives. She received the Outstanding Primary Care Associate award in 2014 and the Physician/APP Partnership of the Year award in 2023.
