Biography
Daniel Shaheen, O.D., is a Faculty Associate in the Department of Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in comprehensive vision care as well as full-scope management of ocular infection and inflammation and anterior and posterior segment evaluations.
Dr. Shaheen earned his doctoral degree in optometry at The Ohio State University. He joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2010.
Personal Note
Dr. Shaheen graduated from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and served as an Army aviator.
