Kimloan Phi Nguyen, M.D.

Biography

Kimloan Phi Nguyen, M.D., M.H.A., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She specializes in family medicine.

Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree at the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She completed a residency in family medicine at UT Southwestern, where she served as Chief Resident. She also holds a master’s degree in health care administration and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Dr. Nguyen's personal interests include traveling and spending time with her 3 kids and family (especially swim meets and piano recitals), cooking and exploring different recipes, and enjoying UTA marching band performances (where she used to play!).
