Biography

Syed Ali, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in lifestyle and preventive medicine and adult primary care.

Dr. Ali earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2025.

Dr. Ali is a member of the American College of Physicians.

He has delivered poster presentations and published academic articles related to his areas of expertise.

Personal Note

When he’s not at work, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing sports, and watching the NBA, NFL, and Formula 1.
