Biography

Vincent Kuo, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in general gastroenterology.

Dr. Kuo was born and raised in Plano, Texas. He earned his medical degree at UT Southwestern, completed his residency in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, and received advanced training in gastroenterology through a fellowship at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.

Board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, he joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2022.

Dr. Kuo has published numerous manuscripts on clinical gastroenterology cases. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Collin-Fannin County Medical Society, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the Texas Society for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy.

Personal Note

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kuo enjoys classical music, movies, and spending time with his family. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
