UT Southwestern's Spine Center at the Medical Center at Las Colinas brings world-class, integrated spine and back care closer to you.
Our highly experienced interdisciplinary team includes experts in spine rehabilitation and nonoperative treatment as well as neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons. Together, we help you find relief from back, neck, and spine pain, whether the cause is common or complex.

Appointment Information
We want to make your patient experience as easy as possible.
Before your appointment, please make a list of questions to bring. This will help you make the most of your time with the doctor.
On the day of the appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We’ll do our best to see you at your scheduled appointment time.
Please bring the following items:

- Method of payment
- Current medications
- Completed paperwork
- Pertinent medical records and imaging CDs
To stay in touch easily, we recommend you sign up with MyChart, which allows you to communicate directly with doctors, request prescription refills, update contact information, view test results, and request clinic appointments. Sign in to or sign up for MyChart.
Canceling an Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the center at least 48 hours in advance, so that we can accommodate patients waiting to schedule a visit.
