Meet Dr. Carlos Bagley

Carlos A. Bagley, M.D., is Director of the Neurological Surgery Spine Program and leads the multidisciplinary Spine Center at UT Southwestern. Dr. Bagley’s research focuses on improving patient outcomes.

Meet Dr. Renee Enriquez

Renee Enriquez, M.D., specializes in comprehensive and interventional musculoskeletal care, which includes treating pathology affecting the spine, joints, muscles, and nerves. She also focuses on treating patients through physical activity and rehabilitation. She was named to D Magazine's Best Doctors list for 2020.

Stephanie Caprice Jones, M.D., serves as Fellowship Director of the medical school’s Pain Management Fellowship Program. Dr. Jones offers the latest therapies for people whose daily functioning and quality of life are compromised by persistent and debilitating pain syndromes.

Meet Dr. Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel, M.D., specializes in identifying the cause of the pain and developing a plan to treat it, with an emphasis on improving his patients’ function and quality of life. Dr. Patel has been included in D Magazine's Best Doctors list and was named a Super Doctor by Texas Monthly. In 2015, he received the Faculty Teacher of the Year Award from the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To make the most of your time with the doctor, make a list of questions ahead of time and bring it to your appointment.

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We do our best to see patients at their scheduled appointment time. 

Please bring the following items:

  • Current insurance card
  • Method of payment
  • Current medications
  • Completed paperwork
  • Pertinent medical records and imaging CDs

To facilitate ongoing communication, we recommend patients sign up with MyChart, which allows patients to communicate directly with doctors, request prescription refills, update contact information, view test results, and request clinic appointments. Sign in or sign up for MyChart.

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the center at least 48 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients waiting to schedule an appointment.
