The gynecologists of UT Southwestern Frisco provide patients with individualized care and the latest treatment options – all in a welcoming environment. As a full-service practice, we treat the full range of gynecologic conditions.

For more than 50 years, UT Southwestern’s Obstetrics and Gynecology program has been recognized for its contributions to women’s health care and its commitment to the compassionate delivery of quality health care to all patients. Our physicians approach women’s health as a partnership, embracing the unique needs of each patient.

Our on-site services include:

Labor and delivery, and any procedures requiring anesthesia, will take place right next door at UT Southwestern’s partner site – Texas Health Hospital Frisco. 

When needed, our physicians can also make referrals to UT Southwestern specialists in Fertility and Reproductive MedicineHarold C. Simmons Cancer Center (breast cancer and gynecologic cancer), Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Pediatric Adolescent Gynecology, and other specialties.

Dr. Meredith McClure

Dr. Meredith McClure

Meredith McClure, M.D.FACOG, specializes in contraception, including long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), menopause, minimally invasive surgery, and vulvology. After serving in private practice in Frisco for 12 years, Dr. McClure joined UT Southwestern in 2020. A Dallas native, she is thrilled to be able to provide excellent, compassionate gynecologic care for the women of North Texas.

Dr. Michele Pepperell

Michele Pepperell, M.D., specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, adolescent gynecology, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Pepperell joined UT Southwestern in 2020.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To make the most of your time with the doctor, prepare a list of questions ahead of time and bring them to your appointment.

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We do our best to see patients at their scheduled appointment time. 

Please bring the following items:

  • Current insurance card
  • Method of payment
  • Current medications
  • Completed paperwork, if you received forms before the visit

To facilitate ongoing communication, we recommend patients sign up with MyChart, which allows patients to communicate directly with doctors, request prescription refills, update contact information, view test results, and request clinic appointments. Sign in or sign up for MyChart.

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients waiting to schedule an appointment.

Prescriptions and Refills

It is very important that you do not run out of your medication. Be sure that you have sufficient refills to last until your next appointment with your provider. We are happy to provide you with a written prescription upon request. If you run out of refills, please call your pharmacy and your pharmacist will fax a refill request to us. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to process refill requests.
