Physical therapy providers at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Richardson/Plano expertly treat a wide variety of patients, helping to restore their mobility and strength, reduce their pain, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
We strive to educate and empower our patients in their rehabilitation, and we work with them through evidence-based practices to get them back to their previous level of health and function. We have a variety of unique, leading-edge technologies to assist us in helping you.
A physician referral is needed to receive physical therapy services. Once a patient has a referral, they can call 972-669-7070 to set up their initial evaluation appointment.

What to Wear
For your initial and follow-up appointments, we request that you come in comfortable and easy-to-move-in clothing, such as workout clothes or loose-fitting clothing.
For your first visit, please wear clothing that allows the provider to easily see the body part you are working on. For example, patients with a knee problem should wear shorts or very loose, easy-to-pull-up pants, while a patient with a shoulder problem might wear a sleeveless shirt.
Canceling an Appointment
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the clinic 24 to 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate other patients who might be waiting for an appointment.
