We partner with community obstetricians to provide the full spectrum of diagnostic and consultative services, including:

High-resolution 3D and 4D ultrasounds to visualize the baby’s development
Reproductive genetic counseling
Preconception counseling and genetic testing to identify inherited and antenatal risks
Diagnosis and treatment of complex maternal medical conditions
Prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and intrauterine transfusions

Appointment Information

Driver’s license
Current insurance card
Completed questionnaire, consent form, and personal health information form.
Medical records
List of current medications
Completed paperwork, if you received forms before the visit

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the clinic or cancel via MyChart 24 to 48 hours in advance, so we can accommodate other patients who might be waiting for an appointment.
